Cristina was a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Santa Barbara.
“Tina made such a positive impact on so many people’s lives. She had a way of lightening up the mood during stressful days and would often say, ‘Don't worry, be happy and pray’."
Tina, or “Tintin” as she was known by her loved ones, was one of the first nurses to support her facility by performing COVID-19 tests on patients and coworkers. In the process, she tragically became ill herself. Her selfless act speaks a lot about how she lived her life - always putting everyone else before herself. She was a spiritual person and was a very active member of her church. Tina was 44.
