Victor Martinez was known throughout the community as “DJ V Funk,” livening birthday parties and weddings by sharing his deep love of music. Victor donated his DJ services to numerous charity events and non-profit fundraisers, as well as DJing the Porterville fair. Victor was 36 and leaves behind his wife and two children.
